Introduction

This is the first day I'm posting about Istaria, so I'm going to explain a little about what it is.  Istaria is an online game where you can play as a dragon!  There are many other bipedial races, but since I only play as two bipeds and as four dragons, this blog will mostly focus on dragons.  As a dragon you start out as a hatchling, dropping into the world unceremoniously and try to find your place in the world while working towards the Right of Passage.  This line of quests are tough but prove you are worthy to become an adult and soar the starry skies of Istaria! At the rite you may choose one of two paths for your dragon; to join the lunus dragons (the proud and strong fighters) or the helians (the peaceful and kind crafters). My dragon SleekWingX SilverBolt has chosen the lunus path, and gone through the Ancient Right of Passage and become larger, stronger, and faster than an adult.  With strength in her wings and Hope in her heart, she tries to right the wrongs of the Withered Aegis (the blighted undead enemy of our gifted forces) one battle, and one assisted comrad at a time.

Zepheron SilverBolt, my young adult dragon, has chosen the helian path and strives to get along with her bipedial friends.  Some called her a frog at a young age due to her rounded head and squatting sitting position.  She is sisters with my other adult dragon, BraveWing SilverBolt, and they ascended to adulthood together.  The Helian rite is quite a bit different and in many ways it was harder than the lunus, including the requirement for level 40 dragon craft.  I chose it because helian suits zepheron's more scholorly nature.  BraveWing on the other hand went through the lunus right of passage, because she is a more hardy, fighting dragon.  They may have their differences, but the SilverBolt sisters' strong bond is what pushes them through their many trials.

BraveFist NimbleFingers is the last of my characters I am going to introduce today.  He is a human adventurer with the stubborn hardiness of a born crafter.  He has only become a great adventurer due to the aid of Sleek's claws and ability to get herself in the thickest of fights.  Other than that he would have preferred to stay a humble crafter, digging in the obsidian mines to find his fortune.  Grabbed up by dragons at a young age, he was practically raised by sleek, and has aided in the upbringing of the sisters.  His affinity for dragons led to his lessons in the confectioner and alchemy schools, learning the fine arts that make every young dragon happy; fireworks and celebration cakes.  Recently obtaining a Demon Flurry bow, he has strived to become a great adventurer as well, gaining the respect of the race he most favors.

Next time I will introduce my hatchling Sylphera and gnome TinyHammer.  And hopefully the other's stories will be updated.  Also, Bravefist and Sleek like to put on a fireworks show every 4th of July, so if any of you want please do join!
